G. Stephens, Inc. was the Prime Construction Manager for this new 130,000 SF Junior/Senior High School. The building is a hexagon shaped structure separated into the Junior High School wing and Senior High School wing. Highlights of the building include two gymnasiums, a 2,000 SF music room, and a cafeteria that doubles as an auditorium.

G. Stephens, Inc. (GSI) had the lead role as prime construction manager for this project, responsible for supervising and administrating all activity from initial planning & site selection, pre-construction & design, through bidding and construction and finally owner occupancy & closeout.

GSI was involved in coordinating all design activities from programming through construction documents that included the preparation of a complex system of phase submission documentation for each design phase to make sure all program requirements were met.

The major highlights of the new school are the LEED® certified Geothermal Heat Pump System, along with complex site improvements including an underground storm chambers system, mitigation areas, wetlands and athletic fields. The facility also includes two gymnasiums, state-of-the-art technology systems and fine architectural detailing and finishes.
